This is for the deposit only for the purchase of a single baby goat. If you are purchasing more than one goat, please add the applicable number of deposits for the number of goats you are purchasing.
 
Final payment must be made in cash at the time of picking up the goat(s). Deposits are only refundable if Seller fails to provide the goat(s). Deposits will not be refunded if Buyer cancels Agreement without Seller’s consent. Seller agrees to sell a healthy, whole baby goat(s) and the Buyer agrees that the health and welfare of the goat(s) is their responsibility after they take possession.
