f you are outdoors at all, you need this salve! It is great for every bug bite, spider bite, wasp & bee sting, stinging nettle, poison ivy & oak. You name it - this will draw the toxins, venom and sting right out of your body. This is also great for abcesses, boils, and splinters and even rashes.
 
Plantain - The primary "venom and splinter" extractor.
Marshmallow Root - Provides the mucilage to "slide" splinters out.
Calendula - Reduces swelling so the object isn't "trapped."
Yarrow - Antiseptic to prevent infection in the puncture.
Burdock Root - Deep "heat" clearer for boils and stings.
Pine Resin - Drawing agent
Charcoal - Toxin absorber
 
We use it anytime there is something on or in our body that shouldn't be there.
Insect bites or stings - this will draw out the stinger or the poison. We have used it on bee and wasp stings, spider bites - including brown recluse, mosquito bites, horse fly bites; you get the idea.
Rashes - great for poison ivy or oak or stinging nettle
Infections - this will help to draw out the infection. We usually put our Healing salve on wounds immediately, so we don't deal with alot of infections. But we do use it on hangnails that get swollen and pussy.
Foreign Objects - splinters, tick heads, warts. Anything under the skin that you want out!
Farm Animals - we use this to draw out bumblefoot infections in our chickens and to treat abcesses on our goats cheeks.
 
 
We will put a small dab on a bandaid and then put on the area. This will stain anything it touches - so be careful to cover with a bandaid to keep it from rubbing off.
