HENRIETTA is a Speckled Sussex. She is one of the prettiest birds in our flock. 
 
MEEP MEEP got her name because when she was a baby chick and we would carry them outside to get some sunshine - she was the hardest chick to catch! It didn't matter if it was the brooder in the house or the fenced in area outside - she was always the last one to be caught and it usually took a football tackle to do so!
