DIFFUSER:
Add 3-15 drops to water in your essential oil diffuser. (The amount of drops depends on the size of your room, as well as your preference in scent strength. Always start out with 3 and add more if you feel you need to)
 
BATH:
Combine 10-15 drops of this fragrance oil with a couple teaspoons of a carrier oil (jojoba oil, olive oil, coconut oil, etc) and pour into warm bath. You can also stir this blend
into epsom salts & add to this mixture to your bath.
